Historic Port Royal, Inc. is a registered 501C3 agency dedicated to preserving and sharing the history of Port Royal and Caroline County, Virginia. We are a 100% volunteer organization that operates 100% on monetary donations, gifts, and other services provided by members, and caring people in and around our local community, throughout the United States, and abroad. “The Advocate”, our quarterly newsletter (see below) keeps members informed of our endeavors and features articles on local historical information.

GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS

General membership meetings are held four times a year on the fourth Tuesday in January, April, July, and October at 7:00PM in the “Portrait Gallery Museum”, located in the Port Royal Town Hall building. General Membership meetings are not rescheduled due to inclement weather conditions. If Caroline County public schools are closed, the general membership meetings are not held, nor rescheduled. Please contact any board member with questions or concerns.
